Any loose caulking should be removed and recaulked. Any open gaps should be filled with high quality siliconized caulking |

All areas of loose paint should be scraped, spot burned off or full burned off as a specified contract, and sanded smooth. A sealing solution should be applied to all bare wood areas to assure proper adhesion of the new paint. This step also prevents future peeling in these areas |
